20+ years of international experience in capital markets, fundraising and alternative investments. Held Managing Director positions at HSBC, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, with deep expertise in derivatives, risk management, financial structuring and strategic advisory. LL.M. Heads operations and risk at GAP since January 2024 — risk monitoring and operational oversight, supporting fund administration, custody, onboarding, KYC, reporting and coordination with service providers. Extensive C-level career: previously Country Manager at Safilo Group in Portugal, Korea and Japan, with a strong background in general management, business development, corporate finance and M&A.
Seasoned executive in the fund administration business. Co-owner and Managing Director of a BVI-licensed fund administrator since 2003 — with corporate, trust and directorship subsidiaries. Director of GAP and BVI FSC-approved MLRO, also covering compliance activities. Chartered Accountant (London).
A titan of the BVI fund industry. Nearly three decades in financial services, focused on the governance and oversight of complex international fund structures. BVI-based since 1998. Council member of the BVI Investment Funds Association.
25+ years in banking and fund-of-funds industry. BVI-based since 2006 after several years in London at Key Asset Management. Prior to Key, 17 years at the Bank of East Asia and Bank of Ireland.
